All sales are final. Because each item is handmade and many designs are one of a kind, KJ Seasonal Decor does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and care information carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and help make it right.

KJ Seasonal Decor is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, weather exposure, or normal wear after delivery.
